Good Life LLC offers you a variety of shipping methods to get your order to you in the time you need. We generally send out all in-stock items within 2-3 business days of the order date, unless you need them sooner. We offer UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, and Overnight shipping.
Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we cannot guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, so an order shipped using Next Day Air will arrive in one business day after it ships from our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping - United States
Orders placed within the U.S. are shipped via UPS. If you are shipping to a PO Box, you must place your order by calling our Customer Care Center at (800) 657-8214.
UPS Ground - Average delivery time is 2-7 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
UPS 3 Day Select - . Shipment is delivered by 7pm 3 business days after the date your order leaves our warehouse. UPS does not deliver on weekends unless an additional $15 fee is collected. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day.
UPS 2 Day Air - Shipment is delivered by 7pm 2 business days after the date your order leaves our warehouse. UPS does not deliver on weekends unless an additional $15 fee is collected. Orders placed on the weekend will ship on the next business day.
UPS Overnight - Must order by phone. Shipment is delivered by 5pm 1 business day after the date your order leaves our warehouse. UPS does not deliver on weekends unless an additional $15 fee is collected.
International Shipping (non U.S. Countries)
International orders will ship via FedEx International Priority.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery time for International Mail is 3-5 business days. Delivery times are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery Tracking is provided at no additional cost, but typically only records the date your order is shipped and the date it arrives in customs. By request, we can ship via UPS Worldwide. Shipping Costs do not include VAT (Value Added Tax), duties or customs fees. Any such fees, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. We do not know at the time of order how much those additional processing and handling charges, taxes and/or duties will cost. Please contact your country's customs office for exact charges before placing your order.
If you refuse your package or do not pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us - delivery and return shipping costs as well as all other handling fees. Please contact your local Customs Office for any questions regarding duties, fees, taxes, etc.
Bird Gard® Shipments
Due to dealer privileges, we are unable to ship Bird Gard products to the following countries:
Argentina, Australia, Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. These countries have exclusive Bird Gard dealers.
