Good Life, LLC® carries high-quality bird control products by Bird Gard®, Bird-X® and Zon®. Each manufacturer has their own Return and Warranty Policies that we must follow. Good Life will work with each customer to the best of our ability for all warranty situations. For all warranty questions, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-657-8214. A Good Life® Customer Care Representative can determine the warranty for your specific product(s). Orders shipped by Good Life LLC but refused by the customer will be charged an $11 fee.
Please note: Liquids of any kind, once opened, are not returnable. Any product that is deemed as unsellable will not be accepted.
For all returns or exchanges, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required. Please see our Return Instructions below.
Bird Gard® Limited Warranty
"If you are not completely satisfied, contact the place of purchase or our customer service department within 1 year of your date of purchase for prompt and courteous replacement, repair or refund.
Bird Gard LLC's liability hereunder shall be limited to refunding the purchase price paid by customer or replacing the product, in Bird Gard's sole discretion, and under no circumstances shall Bird Gard be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, of any nature whatsoever, arising from the customer's use or operation of the product; provided, however, that this limitation may be limited by state law.
Except for the express one-year limited warranty specifically described herein, Bird Gard disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, relating to the product, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness; and the express warranties are in lieu of all obligations or liabilities on the part of Bird Gard arising out of or in connection with the sale, use, or operation of the product."
Bird-B-Gone™ Guarantee
"Bird-B-Gone offers the highest quality bird control products available on the market and we guarantee it. We provide longer warranties than any competitor. Our products are made from durable, long lasting materials and go through rigorous quality checks before leaving our manufacturing warehouse. If for any reason your Bird-B-Gone product is defective or breaks down during the duration of the warranty we will replace it free of charge."

Bird-X® Warranties
Manufacturer's Warranty: All Bird-X Electronic devices* have a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the shipping date. The Stainless Steel Bird Spikes, BirdNet PE-Plus, and Polypropylene Structural Nets have a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the shipping date. The Polypropylene Standard Net carries a warranty of five (5) years from the shipping date. The Polypropylene Structural Net, at the option of Bird-X, Inc., we will either replaced or repaired.
Performance Guarantee: If the customer is not satisfied with the effectiveness of the electronic device, within 30 days of the shipping date, the unit may be returned, at the customer's expense, for an exchange or a refund. *Performance Guarantee Applies to Electronic Devices only.
Zon® Brand Warranty
ZON Cannons are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee and a one year warranty. Money back guarantee applies to new, unfired cannons only. If you have any questions, please call us for details at 1-800-657-8214.
Good Life® Return Instructions
For any return or warranty, all customers must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our Customer Care Center. This can be done by calling 800-657-8214 or 1-541-245-4488 for our customers located outside of the US. Returns or exchanges that do hot have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. We do not refund any shipping and handling costs.
For all refund and warranty situations, the Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. We will in turn send you a brand new replacement free of charge as well as pay the cost to ship it back to you.
